Most Commanders want their troops to be “healthy”, make wise personal decisions, take care of their families, etc., all of this for personal gain in the minimizing of problems in their Commands.
This article highlights how “religion” has been pushed out of the market place of ideas in helping our people. While not a Christian Evangelistic article, this Chaplain understands the importance of what he brings to his command, and how to market it to his commander. It is researched based, therefore proven to be valuable (it is sad that we have to prove Biblical truth to be effective and therefore helpful – but that’s where we are in our pagan culture).
This would be a good article to forward to your medical people…and have a discussion with them…to your senior enlisted as well as officers. Only bigoted people will refuse to see the value of the solid, researched-based evidence about how ones faith in God makes them a better soldier, sailor, airman, Marines and/or Guardian.
BLUF” If Commanders are serious about taking care of their people…they will fund you fully and turn you loose….
Figure out how to use this tool to show them your value. Speak their language!
